Our physicians are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to handle all of your orthopaedic, pain management, and physical medicine and rehabilitation needs. General Orthopaedics
For more than 50 years, the physicians at AOC have been recognized as the region’s most trusted General Orthopaedic Surgeons. They can provide each patient with a comprehensive orthopaedic treatment plan that may or may not include surgical intervention.
An injury to the bone, joint, ligament, muscle, or tendon can seriously affect patients’ lives but can be healed with a variety of therapies and procedures available at AOC. The AOC General Orthopaedic team of physicians, William A. Crotwell, III, Dr. Russell A. Hudgens, Dr. Suanne White-Spunner, and Dr. Roger M. Setzler, are devoted to non-surgical and surgical medical management of injury or disease of the musculoskeletal system, which includes bones, joints, and muscles.
The AOC General Orthopaedic Team also works closely with our surgeons that are sub-specialized in Foot & Ankle, Hand, Interventional Pain Management, Joint Replacement, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Spine Care, and Sports Medicine. Collectively, they are able to provide each patient with a comprehensive orthopaedic treatment plan that may or may not include surgical intervention. We also offer outstanding rehabilitative therapy to achieve the best long-term results possible. Our rehabilitation team consists of nurse practitioners, physician assistants, occupational therapists, and physical therapists.
