2008 Chili Cook-off @ Bienville Square

The AOC ‘Bone Appetit’ team enjoys this community event every year. Herman our unofficial AOC mascot is always a great crowd pleaser. The AOC ‘Bone Appetit’ chili recipe was created by an AOC employee several years ago during an office Chili Cook-off. The recipe was so popular, we have used the same recipe since. Our basic, spicy chili is designed to warm up your bones on a cold morning in Bienville Square. We never win in any of the categories but we have a great time anyway raising money for the American Cancer Society.
