Appointments and Office Hours

Office hours are Monday through Friday,
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Appointment calls, prescription refill requests, scheduling for tests, physical therapy, surgery and insurance questions are normally handled during this time. What New Patients Should Know

You are requested to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time for the purpose of registration. Please bring your insurance information and any previous x-rays and test results when you arrive for your scheduled appointment.

Canceling an Appointment

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. If you discover that you will not be able to keep your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible to reschedule.
