Job title: PM Patient Registration Coordinator

Summary

This position is responsible for thoroughly and accurately obtaining and entering demographic and insurance information into our practice management system.

Essential functions

Job Title Activities: 95 percent of time

  • Contact patients via telephone prior to appointment, obtain and enter needed demographic, financial case management and insurance information from said patient into the practice management system.
  • Print a copy of demographic page and assemble all pertinent demographic and insurance info in chart.

Other Activities: 5 percent of time

  • As assigned by Front Desk Supervisor
  • Fill in other positions in front desk area as needed.
